집단 진로상담 프로그램이 여대생의 진로장벽 지각 및 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Group Career Counseling Program on the Perceived Career Barriers and Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy of Women College Students

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the group career counseling program for women college students upon their career barriers and career decision making self-efficacy. For this purpose, group career counseling program was developed. The fundamental structure of the program was composed mainly 7 stages. The samples of this study were female college students who volunteered to participate in the program. Out of 40 in the samples, 20 participated in the program while the remaining 20 didn't. As means of examining the effect of the program, career barriers inventory and career decision making self efficacy scale were employed.Findings of this study might be summarized as follows: First, group career counseling program had a significant influence on career barriers of women college students. Second, group career counseling program impacted on career decision making self-efficacy of women college students significantly.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 여자대학생을 위한 집단 진로상담 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고, 그것이 여자대학생의 진로장벽 지각과 진로결정효능감에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 설정된 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여대생을 위한 집단 진로상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 진로장벽 지각의 정도가 낮아질 것인가? 둘째, 여대생을 위한 집단 진로상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 진로결정효능감이 향상될 것인가? 본 연구에서는 다양한 절차를 통해서 7회기에 해당하는 여자대학생을 위한 집단 진로상담 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 참가 신청자 40명 중 전반부 참여를 원하는 학생들 20명을 실험집단에, 후반부 참여를 원하는 학생들 20명을 통제집단에 배치하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해서 실험집단에게는 프로그램 실시 전후에 진로장벽검사와 진로결정효능감 척도를 실시하였고, 통제집단은 프로그램 참여 없이 실험집단과 동일한 시기에 동일한 검사를 받았다. 수집된 자료를 가지고 실험집단과 통제집단 간의 차이를 검증하기 위해서 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 집단 진로상담 프로그램은 여자대학생의 진로장벽 지각 완화와 진로결정효능감 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
