청소년의 역량개발을 위한 청소년활동영역구성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Development of Competency Factors throughout the Youth Activity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is aimed at conceptualizing youths’ competency and classifying the factors of such competency. Data were collected from 147 youth workers, students and professors by 3 times Delphi analysis technique in order to obtain social agreement after conceptualizing and classifying youths activity competency. The specific research results were as follows; First, as a result of delphi analysis, 106 variables were extracted after deleting 45 variables among the 151 variables extracted in the preceding research.
Second, the CVR for the 106 variables extracted through secondary delphi investigation was calculated. As a result, 78 variables were used after deleting 28 inquiries. Third, the CVR for the 78 variables extracted through the third delphi investigation was calculated. Subsequently, final 58 factors after deleting 20 inquiries were used. Fourth, based on the final 58 inquiries, the initial competence was finalized into 8 competency groups and 36 subordinating variables.
