초등 도덕과 교육에서의 인격교육적 접근

국문 초록 (Abstract)

초등 도덕과 교육은 학생들을 우리 사회에서 바람직한 인성을 지닌 민주시민으로 자라게 하는 데 그 목표를 두고 있다. 이를 위해서는 더 많은 도덕 교육의 지식과 감성 그리고 실천에 관한 다양한 교수 학습에 대한 검토가 이루어져야 한다. 이에 도덕과 수업은 도덕성 함양의 목적을 실현하기 위해 도덕과 교육 이론은 물론 도덕과 교육의 성격, 목적, 교수-학습에 기초가 되는 도덕적 원리, 도덕적 과정 그리고 도덕적 실천을 강화하여야 할 것이다. 우리 상황에 알맞은 방향으로 초등 도덕과 교육은 아동들이 통합적으로 자기 인격을 형성함을 의미한다. 이러한 초점에서 도덕과 교육은 이론적 전개 발전에서부터 교수-학습 활동에서 이르기까지 성과를 거두여 교실에서 활기찬 수업으로 거듭나게 하여야 한다. 이에 도덕과 교육은 도덕 이론적 접근과 구성을 통해 실질적으로 학생들이 인격적 발달을 강화하도록 하는 데 있다. 이러한 입장에서 본 논문은 인격 교육의 측면을 전통적 방법의 재고, 호올리스틱 교육적 기획을 시도하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Moral education in elementary school aims for how our elementary students can moral life in a day. For this purpose, moral teachers investigate a lot of moral education teaching-learning programs, moral intelligence, moral emotion & moral practice. However, nowadays moral education in elementary school has a one class in a week. So, experts of elementary moral education ponder on strengthening of students' morality even 40 minute little moral education classwork in a week. First of all, moral education contents intensify moral principle, moral process & moral practice. Moral education exhibit good student model in moral class. Our students can not find good student example because of moral textbook lies in not habitual student life but pseudo image-moral dilemmas. The elementary moral education curriculum reenforce multifarious learning programs which students can utilize moral in real social environments. Therefor, the construction & the approach of moral education are found in reflection of traditional teaching methods, thought of character education & plan of holistic education. According to this character education, I think our students in elementary school can enrich moral principle, moral process & moral practice.
