공단 구직등록 장애인의 특성 분석 = Disability Employment Management of Registered Disabled Attribute Analysis

The purpose of this study, the Corporation's job is registered with the resource is to analyze some characteristics. Provide appropriate services to disabled job seekers in order to analyze the characteristics of job seekers are required. To achieve the purpose of this study, two research questions were selected.
First, the Corporation employment registration, employment in information systems What are the characteristics of the disabled? Second, the Corporation employment registration of disability employment services, depending on the nature of the differences? The first study to address the problem of cross-analysis was conducted. The second study in order to solve the problem of cluster analysis was conducted.
Analysis results for the first research question is as follows. Full employment by 2004 has increased the size of the resource. Declined since 2005. Increased again in 2008. Corporation of men than women are many job resources. 20 years or older accounted for 56.7% under the age of 40 are. High school graduate or higher who has accounted for 71.5%. Much higher rate of severe disability was found.
Cluster analysis results, The Corporation's employment resource is divided into 3 groups. The first group to register a collective job is repeated. The second group of vulnerable groups that are working. The third group to register for a new job as a high percentage of people with disabilities is a group.
