    In this study, this researcher designed the theme-based integrated Mathematics and Science unit. The grand theme was amusement park, which contains Mathematical and scientific principles. The areas of integration in Mathematics were `measurement`, `figure`, `graph`, `probability and statistics`, and `energy` was the integration area of Science. In doing so, three small themes such as `bumper car`, `gyro drop`, `a merry-go-round`, which include those areas were chosen. The class period of the program was twelve hours. The participants were 24 fifth and sixth grade elementary school students in J city. The qualitative data were mainly collected by observing the classroom, interviewing with the research participants, the researcher`s and the participant`s field notes. While implementing the program, this researcher tried to describe the process of the students` integrated thinking skills. The findings were as follows. First, the students were tried to find the solutions in a way of integrated thinking skills when they were required to respond the given tests each class hour. Second, based on the pre and post test, their interdisciplinary thinking ability of Mathematics and Science was improved. Finally, the individual evaluation showed that they tried to apply the knowledge of Mathematics and Science to the real life.
