기혼 직장여성의 스트레스, 우울, 자살생각의 관계 = A study on the relationship between stress, depression, and suicidal inclination - Focusing on multiple group analysis according to TSL management method

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기혼 직장여성의 스트레스가 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 우울의 매개효과 및 TSL 대처방식에 따른 집단간 차이를 분석하여 사회복지적 개입방안을 찾고자 한다. 조사대상은 기혼 직장여성 724명이며, 매개효과 검증 및 다집단 분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 이용한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스트레스가 자살생각에 미치는 영향에 있어서 우울은 완전매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구인된 변인간의 구조적 관계는 TSL 대처 집단과 소극적 대처 집단간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이것은 TSL 대처가 우울이 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 조절효과를 갖는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 스트레스와 우울을 줄이기 위한 실천적 제언 및 적극적 대처 향상을 위한 TSL 치료 프로그램도입 필요성을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of stress on suicidal inclination in married female employees and to find social welfare intervention plans by analysing the mediating effect of depression and the difference between groups according to the TSL management method. The participants of this study are 724 married female employees.
The result of this study by using the structural equation model of the mediating effect verification and multi group analysis is as follow. First depression turned out to have a perfect mediating effect within the relationship where stress has effect on suicidal inclination. Second, between the TSL management group and the negative management group, there was a statistically significant difference in the structural relationship. This means that positive management using TSL has moderating effect within the path of depression affecting suicidal inclination. Based on the result, this study suggested practical proposal to decrease stress and depression in addition to stressing the necessity of the TSL therapy program to improve positive management.
