인지·창의·리더십 계발을 위한 글로벌리더 모형 = Global-leader Model for Promotion of Cognition, Creativity and Leadership

국문 초록 (Abstract)

급격히 변화하는 글로벌 지식정보사회, 무한경쟁시대에 효과적으로 대처하고 미래에 대비하는 능력을 갖추게 하기 위하여 학교는 자기주도적인 학습자, 미래에 대해 새로운 통찰을 할 수 있는 안목을 가진 학습자, 다양하고 융통성 있는 사고를 통해 가치 있는 산출을 할 수 있는 탁월한 학습자, 탁월성을 보이는 각 영역에서의 리더를 길러야 한다. 이를 위하여 아동들의 인지, 창의, 리더십 등을 측정하여 개인적인 특성을 발굴하고 조기에서부터 자기 주도적으로 사고하고 학습하며, 창의성, 창의적 문제해결력, 비판적 사고 등과 같은 고등사고 능력과 리더십을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 지도하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 아동의 인지, 창의성, 리더십을 계발하기 위한 교수-학습모형으로 『글로벌리더 모형』을 고안하고, 그 모형에 준거하여 교육프로그램 개발할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 모형의 범주는 세 가지 능력(인지, 창의, 리더십) 영역을 축으로 하여 인지 영역에서는 논리적, 분석적, 비판적 사고, 이해, 유추, 추론, 관계 등의 인지적 요소를, 창의성 영역에는 창의적 능력(유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 정교성, 상상력)과 창의적 성격(호기심, 민감성, 과제집착력) 및 창의적 문제해결력을, 리더십 영역에는 셀프리더십, 서번트 리더십, 창의적 리더십을 포함하여 이들 능력을 계발할 수 있도록 구성된다.

Rapidly changing global knowledge and information society requires a global leader as self-directed learner, creative problem solver and excellent leader in diverse fields for coping with the competitive future society. Accordingly, the teaching strategy that promote higher thinking skills such as critical thinking, creativity and leadership is needed. Therefore, in this study I suggested a "Global Leader Model" that guides a curriculum and programs for fostering cognition, creativity and leadership.
Model has three categories of ability (cognition, creativity, leadership) and the cognitive area contains cognitive factors such as a logical, analytical, critical thinking, comprehension, inference, reasoning, relationships, creativity area contains the creative ability(fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, imagination), the creative personality(curiosity, sensitivity, task commitment), and a creative problem solving ability. And leadership area contains self-leadership, servant-leadership and creative-leadership. Based on the "Global leader Model", diverse programs will be developed to promote academic talents in terms of cognition, creativity and leadership.
