    Electronic learning (or e-learning) has created a hype for companies, universities and other educational institutions. It has led to the phenomenal growth in the use of web-based learning and experimentation with multimedia, video conferencing, and internet-based technologies.
    Many researchers are interested in the factors that affect to the performance of e-learning or e-learning services. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which e-learner intention to reuse influence factors (i.e., system accessibility, system stability, information clarity, information validity, self-regulated efficacy, and computer self-efficacy) affect TAM (i.e., perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) and Flow positively, leading to e-learner intention to reuse eventually.
    To empirically test the research model, data are surveyed from A e-learning education institute in Seoul, Republic of Korea. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 407 questionnaires. By employing PLS technique, the measurement reliability and validity of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing.
    In brief, the finding of this study suggests that e-learner intention to reuse influence factors affect TAM and Flow positively, and e-learner intention to reuse as well.

    Electronic learning (or e-learning) has created a hype for companies, universities and other educational institutions. It has led to the phenomenal growth in the use of web-based learning and experimentation with multimedia, video conferencing, and internet-based technologies.
