스쿼시 선수의 지도유형에 따른 만족도와 경기력과의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study population consisted of 253 squash players. we received informed consents from all, used t-test to know the differences following sex, coaching type and degree of satisfaction having coach`s representative player career and coach`s gender. multiple regression analysis for the effects of coaching type on squash players` satisfaction and performance and connection path analysis. The result was as following. 1. We confirmed the difference of coaching type, degree of satisfaction, and performance. The career as a squash player showed the difference in training. coaching type effect on player`s satisfaction and performance. 2. We confirmed that player`s satisfaction between both countries effect on player`s performance, in satisfaction of task-accomplishment. 3. We confirmed that coaching type between both countries had a relationship player`s performance and coaching type affected player`s satisfaction, satisfaction of task-accomplishment among player`s satisfaction directly effected. This study showed definite differences in variables through the research of coaching type, so we are looking forward to help you apply proper methods to squash players.
