보육교사 자격제도 개선 방안 = A Study on the Certification System of Early Childhood Edu-Care Teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to search the possible alternative system to improve the quality of child edu-care services. So, this article discusses the current system and the problems of certification system of child edu-care teachers. On the basis of these point, it is suggested rational amelioration ideas to improve the quality of child edu-care services. These suggestions are as follows : (1)determination of the subjects of edu-care study which give qualification of child edu-care teacher (2)intensification of curriculum on early childhood edu-care (3)improvement of a wage structure (4)abrogation of the lowest edu-care teacher´s license (5)intensification of an academic career which needed edu-care teacher´s license (6)intensification of a promotion requisite (7)establishment of the minimum achievement score.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 전문성을 향상시키기 위한 합리적인 보육교사 자격제도 개선방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이에 먼저 보육교사 자격제도의 현황을 살펴보았고 유사직종 자격제도와의 비교를 통해 보육교사 자격제도의 주요 문제점을 고찰하였다. 이를 기초로 보육교사 전문성 향상을 위한 자격제도 개선 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다 : (1)교과목 이수제에서 학과제로의 전환 (2)자격취득에 필요한 이수교과목의 상향조정 (3)호봉체계와 보수체계의 정비 (4)보육교사 3급제도의 폐지와 보육교사 교육원의 역할 재정비 (5)보육교사 자격취득 학력의 상향조정 (6)자격승급요건의 강화 (7) 자격취득에 필요한 이수교과목의 최소인정점수 신설.
