수업연구대회에서의 교사 체험의 의미 = The Lived Experiences of Teachers in the Better Instructing Conference Fair

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 수업연구대회에 참여한 교사의 경험을 살펴보고, 경험이 가지는 의미를 탐색해 보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 참여자의 경험에 초점을 맞춘 현상학적 방법으로 연구를 진행하였고, 인터뷰와 서술적 설문조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하고, 현상학적 분석 방법의 절차를 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 드러난 의미 분절 단위를 ‘끊임없이 밀려드는 부담감의 연속’, ‘교육과정 운영에 있어서의 일보 전진, 일보 후퇴’, ‘엇갈린 결과, 그러나 또 다른 시작을 준비하기’ 로 명명하였다.
수업연구대회에 참여한 교사의 경험은 ‘교사로서의 성장’의 계기가 되었다는 점에 그 의미를 찾을 수 있었다. 즉 교사로서의 삶의 연장선상에서 수업과 관련하여 그 동안의 교직 생활을 반성해 보고, 퇴색되어 가던 가르침에 대한 열정을 되찾고, 연구자로서 계속 정진하는 자세를 가지게 하는 동인이 되었다는 점에서 그 본질적 의미를 부여할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the experiences of teachers who had participated in "the Better Instructing Conference Fair" and to consider meaning of these particular experiences.
This study is used by the phenomenological method, which data is gathered through interviews and a narrative questionnaire. Colaizzi, Giorgi, Van Kaam and Hycner's phenomenological data analysis method is based on data analysis.
Through the analysis semantic units named “ Emotional Pressure", "Progress vs Retrogress in managing curriculum", and "Crossed-result vs Preparation for other instruction" is founded.
The experiences of teachers who had participated in “the Better Instructing Conference Fair" noticed that their negligence was revealed in a relation with an instruction and the enthusiasm and the responsibility about a teaching were restored .
This study shows how the teacher's particular experience will influence on the general aspect of education and contribute to improve a quality of teaching.
