인권과 장애인복지실천 = A Study on the Human Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disability and Social work Practice for the Persons with Disability

Korean disabled person experience double and multiple discriminations on various aspects of living condition throughout their life history. This paper attempt to shed the light of human on the concept of disability and identity emerging issues and meanings of convention on the rights of disability. This paper also examines a secondary data to explore and to figure out the human rights of the person with disabilities. To do so, this study tried to find out characteristics and the situations of person with disabilities. Finally, that this paper argues that these convention will contribute to understanding disability issues form rights based perspectives and the secure the enhancement of rights of persons with disabilities representing and evolution from welfare to rights.
