이혼ㆍ재혼가정 아동의 공격ㆍ위축행동에 영향을 미치는 요인의 경로분석: 일반가정 아동과 비교연구 = A Path Analysis on Children's Aggressive and Withdrawal Behaviors in Divorce and Remarriage Families: Comparison with Those in Non-Divorce and Remarriage Families

This study investigated the levels of children's aggressive and withdrawal behaviors in divorce and remarriage families compared to those in non-divorce and remarriage families and explored which explanatory variables are significantly related with those problems. Subjects were 1,159 children aged 8 to 13 in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL 4-18) was used to evaluate the magnitude of aggression and withdrawal levels of the target subjects. Data were analyzed by regression and path analyses. The results of this study found that there was a significant difference in children's aggression and withdrawal levels between the comparison groups. The results of the analyses also indicated that different significant explanatory variables were associated with the children's aggression and withdrawal problems between the targeted groups. This implies that a different treatment and protection services for children's aggression and withdrawal problems among comparison groups should be emphasized.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 이혼ㆍ재혼가정 아동의 공격ㆍ위축행동에 대한 심리적 불안, 신체학대, 또래지지, 종교 활동의 영향을 분석하여 이들 변인들 간 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 본 연구는 일반가정 아동과 비교연구를 시도하여 이혼ㆍ재혼가정 아동과 일반가정 아동의 공격ㆍ위축행동에 영향을 주는 주요 변인과 발달 경로 차이를 고찰 하였다. 분석을 위하여 상관관계, 회귀, 경로분석을 각각 수행하였다. 서울 및 경기도에 거주하는 초등학교 5, 6학년 아동 1,159명을 대상으로 하여 분석한 결과, 이혼ㆍ재혼가정 아동의 심리적 불안은 공격행동에 직접 연결되는 것으로 나타났고 공격행동은 위축행동을 증가시키는데 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이혼ㆍ재혼가정 아동의 신체학대 경험도 동일하게 심리적 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 일반가정 아동의 경우 또래지지가 위축행동 감소에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 이혼ㆍ재혼가정 아동의 경우 유의미한 결과를 보이지 않았다.
이와 같은 연구 결과는 일반가정 아동과 이혼ㆍ재혼가정 아동의 공격ㆍ위축행동 문제 해소 및 예방을 위한 사회 복지적 실천 함의와 전략에 적용하여 논의되었다.
