경제적 스트레스요인이 부부갈등 대처방법에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -자아존중감과 자기생활만족도 그리고 우울의 매개효과를 중심으로- = A study on the effects of economic stressor on ways of dealing with problems among married couples -Focusing on self-esteem, Life satisfaction and source of depression-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of economic stressor on ways of dealing with problems among married couples with focal points on the self-esteem, life satisfaction, and sources of depression. For the research data, a total of 5249 people from the age of 30 to 59, who are householders and spouses were analyzed which was taken from the 2007 Korea Welfare Panel Survey Ver.II. T-validation, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and pathology analysis were performed and the research results can be summarized as follows. First, the economic stressor brings negative effects to the ways of dealing with problems among marred couples, and are inversely proportionate to the self-esteem and the life satisfaction, but are proportionate to the depression. Second, as the result of multiple regression analysis, the lower the self-esteem and the life satisfaction, the higher the depression and the less-effective in the ways of dealing with problems among married couples occurred. Among these factors the life satisfaction had the most effects followed by the depression and the self-esteem. Based on the results of this study, implications regarding the effects of economic stressor on social welfare are discussed.
