근로빈곤층 여성의 빈곤탈출 결정요인: 인적자본, 가구특성, 노동시장 지위를 중심으로 = Determinants of the Working Poor Women's Poverty Exit: Focusing on human capital, household characteristics, and labor market status.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of poverty exit focusing on human capital, household characteristics and labor market status. In order to achieve this work, this study separated currently working or work-experienced men and women, utilizing the time-series data of KILPS(Korean Labor and Income Panel Study). The findings of this study are as follows. First, women are poor longer than men. Second, women's maintenance poverty rate is different from men's in education, job training, health condition, martial status, working time, occupation type, etc. Finally, the result of discrete-time hazard analysis is that young children, martial status, and occupation and industry type have significant effect on poverty exit for women. According to results of analysis, social welfare policy with gender-sensitive perspective should be re-established.
