국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 학부에서 예술경영을 체계적으로 교육하기 위해 예술경영 커리큘럼을 구성하기 위한 기준을 연구해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 현재 우리나라 대학의 학부에 개설되어 있는 예술경영학과의 교과과정이 어떤 방식으로 구성되어 있는지 분석하였다. 다음으로 예술행정교육자협회(Association of Arts Administration Educators; 이하 AAAE)가 2009년 1월 발표한 ‘학부 커리큘럼에 관한 조사(Survey on Undergraduate Curricula)’ 결과를 살펴보고 시사점을 도출하였다. AAAE는 이미 대학원 표준 커리큘럼(AAAE Curriculum Standard for Graduate Program)을 만든 바 있는데, 2008년 부터는 학부 표준 커리큘럼을 만드는 작업을 추진하고 있으며 이 조사는 그 일환으로 실시된 것이다. 마지막으로 우리나라 문화예술 현장의 수요를 감안하여 학부에서 예술경영 커리큘럼을 구성하기 위한 기준 정립방안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this thesis is to study on the curriculum standard for undergraduate program for arts management in Korea. First, I analysed and compared curriculums of six undergraduate arts management programs according to the AAAE standards. Second, I reviewed AAAE’s Survey on Undergraduate Curricula that was published in January 2009. Finally I suggested some standards for undergraduate curriculum of arts management. I tried to consider specific demand for arts managers in the Korean arts market.
