놀이치료자가 지각하는 좋은 치료자 자질에 관한 연구 = Study on the Qualification of a Good Therapist Perceived by Play Therapists

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is focused on the qualification of good play therapists perceived by play therapists. A total of 30 play therapists in Seoul and Gyeonggi were surveyed and they described the qualification required to a good therapist in a self-report format. With this, the qualification, which is necessary to play therapists and is perceived by them at clinical, could be turned out. Response contents divide into groups each statment as similar concept. That contents classify by examination and revision with one academic adviser and three play therapists who have play therapist` certification that is more than doctor`s course. So the study was tried to be of help to improve the qualification of therapists through training and education of play therapists. The summary of the results from this study is as follow. When I classified the qualification, which should be prepared as a good play therapist and is perceived by play therapists at clinical, it is largely perceived as two concepts; the human elements and technical one. Looking at the qualification for good play therapists, there are overall 8 elements including three elements of human qualification and five one of technical qualification; (1) mature personality (2) a notion about children (3) universal values and common sense (4) comprehensive counsel knowledge (5) quality practice experience (6) case management capability (7) treatment technique (8) understanding on children`s environment.
