고구려 평양 도성의 정치적 성격 = The Political Characteristics of Pyeongyang, The Capital of Goguryeo

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

There were various reasons for Goguryeo's transfer of the capital to Pyeongyang. This paper focuses on Pyeongyang's political groups which were familiar with Chinese culture. After the transfer of the Capital, they grew to become a new bureaucratic group with the backing of the King's patronage.
The System of Pyeongyang was divided two period. In the early period, building of An-hak Palace(安鶴宮) is notable. An-hak Palace is a result of the efforts for fortifying the King's political authority by adopting a new style of the Capital emerged in Nak-Yang Capital city(洛陽城) of the Bukwi Dynasty(北魏).
As for Jang-An(長安) Walled city of the late period, Administrative district system of Ri-bang(里坊制) was enforced by the influence of Nak-Yang City(洛陽城). District system of Ri-bang was a system intended for overcoming the political turmoil of the time.
Three Capital city System(3京制) included Gungnaeseong(國內城) and Hanseong(漢城) as Sub-Capital cities. As a result, Pyeongyang capital city had its limit in controlling political forces.
