      The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning styles and feedback types on learners` response and problem solving ability in on-line learning environment. In order to accomplish the purpose, the research was carried out with 65 students of 2 classes identified with equal ability, 2nd graders of `S` Information Industry High School in Kyeong gi province. And the research was set a task about learning contents problem solving Web programing subjects. Then in problem solving, teacher provided from feedback through on-line community. The effect of learning styles and feedback types on learners` response and problem solving ability in on-line learning environment was measured ANOVA (p<.05). The results of this study can be summarized that students with abstract learning style gained more effective problem solving ability than students with concrete learning style in on-line learning environment. And students with abstract learning style gained higher learners` response than students with concrete learning style.
