통합학급 담당교사의 통합교육에 대한 인식 및 운영에 대한 분석 연구 = A Survey on the Inclusive Teachers' Perception and Management on Inclusive Classroom

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 통합교육을 실시하는 서울시내 초등학교의 장애학생 통합학급 담당교사 158명을 대상으로 통합교육에 대한 인식 및 통합학급 운영 실태를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 자료 수집을 위하여 설문지를 제작 활용하였는데 설문의 내용은 통합학급 교사의 통합교육에 대한 준비도, 통합교육의 효과에 대한 인식, 통합학급 운영실태, 통합학급의 교수방법 및 평가 실태에 관한 설문으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 백분율을 사용하여 분석하여 교사들의 응답 결과를 순위별로 보고하였으며, 이에 기초하여 통합학급 교사의 통합교육에 대한 인식과 통합학급 운영실태에 대하여 논의하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 원활한 통합교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 기초자료로서의 의미를 갖는다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose for this study was to investigate the inclusive teacher's perception and management on inclusive classroom. The participants of this study were 158 teachers who are(or were) responsible of inclusive classroom including students with disabilities. Questionnaire consisted of the perception of inclusive education and status of inclusive classroom management including curriculum, instructional method and materials, and assessments. Collected data were analyzed and reported with frequency and percent. The results and discussions were presented and they could be utilized to establish the bases of successful inclusive education.
