수업컨설팅 프로그램 개발 및 운영 방안 = Instruction Consulting Program Development and Its Management

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study was thus to attempt to develop instruction consulting program and to explore its management method. Thirteen instruction consulting programs were developed through literatures review, need analysis, instruction analysis and depth interview. The effects of programs were tested by field application.
As result of the study, it was expected that the instruction consulting programs would make better the quality of education through extending the professionality of teachers. For the duration and redoubling of effect, however, it was backed by administrative and financial support, that is, construction of linkage between clients and consultants, opening of training course, and incentive.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 수업컨설팅 프로그램을 개발하고 운영하는 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌분석, 수요자 요구분석, 수업분석, 심층면담 등의 방법을 사용하여 13개의 수업컨설팅 프로그램을 개발하였고, 개발된 프로그램을 현장에 적용하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다.
연구 결과, 수업컨설팅 프로그램은 교사의 전문성을 신장함으로써 교육의 질을 개선하는 효과가 있을 것으로 기대되었다. 그러나 이 효과가 지속되고 배가되기 위해서는 의뢰인과 컨설턴트 연계 시스템 구축, 컨설턴트 연수과정의 개설, 인센티브 부여 등 행․재정적인 지원이 뒷받침되어야 할 것으로 보인다.
