초등교사를 위한 아동 및 학부모 상담 컨설팅 모델 개발 = The development of a teacher consultation program for counseling children and their parents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 선행연구와 요구조사 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교에서 적용될 수 있는 상담컨설팅의 모형 및 매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 개발된 상담 컨설팅은 준비단계, 실행단계, 평가단계로 구성되었고, 각 단계별로 진행되어야 하는 구체적인 과제들이 제시되었다. 초등학교상담 대학원에 재학중이거나 졸업한 초등학교 교사들이 개발된 상담 컨설팅의 모형을 활용해 초등학교에서 컨설팅을 제공한 후, 그 결과를 바탕으로 연구자들이 컨설팅 모형을 평가하고 이를 모형에 반영하여 일부 수정하였다. 상담 컨설팅의 모형을 세 개의 사례에 적용한 결과 의뢰인들은 컨설팅이 아동 문제에 대한 개입과 학급 경영에 도움이 되었음을 보고하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 논의와 후속 연구를 위한 제언이 이루어졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The teacher consultation program and the consultation manual was developed in this study to help elementary school teachers with counseling children and their parents. The program was developed based on the literature review as well as the result of a need assessment. The resulting teacher consultation program consists of three stages; the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Specific tasks and a consultant's skills at each stage are described in the program. Three elementary school teachers(consultants) who are either in or graduated a school counseling program pilot-tested the current consultation program by providing consultation to their colleagues(consultee) with less teaching experiences. The consultation program was partly modified based on the results of the pilot test. The consultee reported that the consultation was helpful for them to intervene with a child's problems and manage a class effectively.
