청소년 자살 문제와 위기개입 = Sucide and Crisis Intervention

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 자살문제 특히 청소년 자살문제의 현황과 심각성에 대해 살펴보고 이에 대한 위기개입의 방법과 과제에 대해 모색하였다. 국내에서도 청소년 자살문제에 대한 관심이 고조되어 가면서 자살예방 5개년 종합대책이 발표되었으나 아직 그 실효성은 미미한 상황이다. 자살에 대해서는 다학문적인 역동성의 탐구가 이루어져 오고 있으며 CPR, QPR, FAST, LINK 둥 다양한 자살예방과 위기개입 실천모형이 소개되고 있다. 위기상황의 청소년에게 이러한 자살예방 프로그램의 활용성은 매우 높다. 그러나 우리나라의 대학생 지원체계인 학생생활연구소 등에는 아직까지 자살예방을 위한 실천가 교육훈련이 나 프로그램 도입이 이루어지지 않고 있어 이 보완이 중요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to identify the high rate of suicide among adolescents and young adults and to look for how to prevent suicide in Korea.

To assess risk of suicide and to take preventive action, multi-disciplinary approach has been used and many intervention programs have been developed. For example, California team's CPR and six stage intervention, QPR, Firestone's FAST, LINK etc. are frequently used programs. Currently suicide prevention has become a matter of concern in Korea and 5-yearly national project are declared. But suicide prevention activity in school is poor until now.

It is suggested that training for school suicide gate-keeper should be carried out and refer system for crisis intervention should be developed.
