연구자와 현장교사의 협력적 네트워크 구축을 통한 신체운동 영역활동 활성화 방안 = A revitalization plan for the bodily-kinetic domain through creating a collaborative network between researchers and in-service teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to provide a high-quality service for the bodily-kinetic domain of a childcare course for infants and toddlers in a full-day childcare center, researchers, who are expertise in bodily-kinetic, support or share required resources (activity programs, teaching materials, exercise devices and teaching-learning process improvement) for a bodily-kinetic activity program by creating a collaborative network with childcare teachers. Moreover, the purpose of this study is to enhance the quality of education through the improvement of professionalism and efficacy of the teaching-learning process of in-service teachers, including the quality advancement of the research by enhancing practicability through applying the details of study in service.
In addition, the study aims for sound life revitalization measures for toddlers by sharing and proving information on the bodily-kinetic domain, which is practically and qualitatively superior. Also, the study is seeking for continued collaboration by building a mutually-collaborative operation system and a collaborative network between childcare teachers and researchers by preparing a system in which jointly studies, develops, applies and evaluates the required data for bodily-kinetic.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 종일제 보육기관의 영․유아들에게 표준보육과정의 신체운동 영역 활동에 대하여 질 높은 서비스를 제공하고자 신체운동 전문가인 연구자와 보육현장의 교사가 신체운동 영역활동의 활성화를 위하여 협력적 네트워크 구축하고 연구자는 신체운동 활동에 대한 현장 개선에 필요한 자원(활동 내용, 교수자료, 운동도구, 교수-학습방법 개선)을 지원하거나 공유하며, 연구 내용을 현장에 적용하여 활용도를 높이고 연구의 질을 향상시키고 현장 교사의 교수-학습 방법에 대한 효율성 향상 및 전문성 향상을 통하여 교육의 질을 높이는데 있다. 또한 신체운동에 필요한 자료를 공동으로 연구, 개발, 적용, 평가하는 체계를 마련하여 연구자와 보육기관 교사가 상호 협력을 통하여 현장연구와 현장적용에 대한 운영체제를 구축하여 지속적인 참여와 협력 그리고 실제적이고도 질적으로 우수한 신체운동에 대한 정보를 제공하고 공유함으로서 영유아들의 건강한 생활을 위한 활성화 방안을 마련하는 목적으로 이루어졌다.
