청소년의 사이버 유해요인 경험이 사이버 일탈에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Cyber-Harmfulness Factors upon Juvenile Cyber Delinquency: An Analysis through Structural Equation Model(SEM)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 청소년들의 사이버 유해요인 경험이 사이버 일탈에 미치는 영향을 심리적 성향, 사회적 유대 등 다른 변인들과의 과정적 상호관련성을 포함한 전체 모델을 통해 살펴보고자 함이며, 이를 위해 구조방정식모형을 활용하였다. 분석 결과를 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버 유해요인 경험이 많을수록 사이버 일탈 행위는 증가하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 청소년들의 심리적 성향(자아존중감, 도덕성)은 사이버 유해요인 경험으로 인한 사이버 일탈행위에서 유의미한 효과를 가지지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년들의 사회적 유대(가족응집성, 부모관계, 친구관계)는 사이버 유해요인 경험으로 인한 사이버 일탈행위에서 유의미한 효과를 보이고 있었다. 이때, 사이버 유해요인 접촉은 사회적 유대의 영향력을 감소시켜 사이버 일탈행위에 대한 억제력도 함께 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 사이버 유해요인 접촉은 사이버 일탈행동으로 이어질 뿐만 아니라 사회적 유대의 영향력을 함께 감소시킨다는 이 연구의 분석결과는 사이버공간에서 일탈행위가 확대재생산될 가능성을 시사하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of cyberharmfulness factors upon juvenile cyber delinquency through a structural equation model which includes multiple interactions among various variables(social solidarity, psychological disposition). The major findings of this study are as follows. First, increasing exposure to cyber-harmfulness factors augments teenager’s cyber delinquency. Second, psychological disposition(self-esteem, morality) doesn’t have mediating effect towards teenager’s cyber delinquency which is aroused by exposure to cyber-harmfulness factors. Third, social solidarity (family cohesion, parent-child and peer relationships) has significant mediating effect towards teenager’s cyber delinquency which is aroused by exposure to cyber-harmfulness factors. In this case, the exposure to cyber-harmfulness factors could reduce cyber delinquency restraint by diminishing the effect of social solidarity. These results suggest that delinquent behaviors in cyberspace could be increasingly reproduced and expanded.
