토지이용밀도 및 주거유형별 분포에 따른 서울시 중심지 변화에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes the systematic change of central region in Seoul to present urban improvement and lead to the better policy. This study utilizes Z-Score and Bachi method analysis to Seoul central place system. According to the results of land use density analysis, central commercial district is significant to discern urban area and sub divisions; Central business district is reorganized around sub divisions. In addition central neighborhood commercial district is useful for discernment for center of areas and districts. Furthermore, central residential district is useful for discernment for center of districts. Lastly central industrial district is reorganized around subdivision, center of and district and CBD. All in all, those results implies that the character of distribution is different by housing type in Seoul multiple dwellings.
