교육 지도성 이론의 상호 연관성 탐색 = Exploring the Relationship among Educational Leadership Theories

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구에서는 교육 분야에서 논의되고 있는 지도성 이론들의 변천과정을 살펴보고 이러한 지도성 이론들이 상호 연관되어 있는 측면을 탐색하였다. 특히 거래적 지도성과 변혁적 지도성이 상호 대비되어 이분법적으로 구분되는 지도성이 아니라 공존하는 부분이 존재한다는 것을 탐색하였다. 또한 최근 연구가 활발해지고 있는 감성 리더십의 개념을 살펴보고 감성 리더십이 기존의 지도성 이론들과 어떤 측면에서 공존하는 부분이 있는지를 살펴보았다.<BR>  본 연구를 통해 지도성이론이 기존의 이론들에 기초하여 등장한다는 나선형 발전 모형을 가설적으로 제안하였다. 또한 향후 지도성 이론과 관련된 추후 연구의 방향을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The purpose of this study is to review educational leadership theories and to explore the relationships among these theories. Educational leadership theories are traits theory, behavioral theory, contingency theory, transformational leadership theory, and primal leadership theory.<BR>  Based on the previous research, it is possible to be positive relations between transactional leadership and transformational leadership rather than to be negative relations. Also, it seems that the primal leadership theory contain the characteristics of traits leadership theory and transformational leadership theory.<BR>  The spiral developmental model of educational leadership theories has been proposed. And further research topics have been suggested.
