지방축제의 서비스 질의 구성요인이 관람객의 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지방자치가 실시된 이후 지방축제가 급증하여 1,100여개의 축제가 개최되고 있다. 지방축제의 성공적 개최를 위하여 방문객들의 욕구에 부합할 수 있는 서비스 질을 전략적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 광주비엔날레를 선정하여 서비스 질이 축제 관람객들의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하였다.<BR> 지방축제의 서비스 질을 측정하기 위하여 30개의 서비스 질을 항목을 구성하여 요인분석을 실시하여 7개의 서비스 질 차원을 중심으로 지방축제의 만족도에 대한 영향력을 분석한 결과, 동조성, 유형성, 대응성, 보증성, 신뢰성, 능력, 접근가능성 등 7개 차원 모두가 중요한 서비스 질로 나타났다. 특히, 접근가능성과 유형성이 만족도에 가장 영향력 있는 요소로 분석되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the number of Local Festivals increased drastically to 1,176 since the beginning of Local self-government, the systematic control of the quality of the service to meet the needs of the visitors has become significant for the success of the festivals. This paper attempts to analyze the service factors which affect the satisfaction of the visitors based on the data from Kwangju Biennale.<BR> A research with 30 questionnaires was conducted to scale the quality of the service which could be grouped into 7 factors: Empathy, Tangibles, Responsiveness, Assurance, Reliability, Competence, Access. The result showed that the 7 factors were important as expected, among which Access and Tangibles proved to be most significant.
