국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 고용주가 정신지체인을 채용할 때 중요하게 생각하는 기준, 즉 정신지체인 고용 준거를 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 정신지체인을 고용한 고용주 및 인사담당자 209명을 대상으로 정신지체인 고용 준거 타당화를 위한 조사를 실시하였다. 정신지체인 고용 준거의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증한 결과, 최종 정신지체인 고용 준거는 6개 요인 30문항으로 구성되었는데, 생산성 요인 6개 문항, 적응 및 지원 요인 7개 문항, 독립적 작업 수행 요인 7개 문항, 사회성 요인 3개 문항, 근무 태도 요인은 4개 문항, 행동 및 관리 요인 3개 문항으로 구성되었다.개발된 정신지체인 고용 준거는 지역사회 노동시장의 욕구에 맞는 직업재활 서비스 계획을 수립하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 고용주가 어떠한 장애인을 고용하기를 원하고 특수교육 및 직업훈련에서 어떤 훈련을 받기를 요구하고 있는지를 알아볼 수 있는 준거로써 활용할 수 있으리라 예상된다.<주제어> 정신지체인, 고용 준거, 고용준거 타당화
