이러닝 학습성과의 영향변인 탐색과 인과분석의 교육정책적 함의 = An explorative study on the determinants of e-Learning performance and its pedagogical implication

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구의 목적은 수업의 질과 학습동기가 학습만족도와 학습성과에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하는데 있다. 이 연구를 위한 자료수집은 I대학교 2007학년도 1학기에 OCU 교과목을 수강해 본 경험이 있거나 현재 수강하고 있는 학생을 대상으로 797부의 설문지를 수집하여 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 이러닝의 학습성과에 미치는 영향요인은 수업의 질과 학습동기가 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 학습만족도에는 학습동기는 영향을 미치지 않고, 수업의 질만 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수업의 질은 또한 학습동기와 학습만족도에 영향을 미침으로써 간접적으로도 이러닝 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 이러한 검증 결과와 관련하여 학습성과를 높이기 위한 교육정책적 시사점이 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of university students" e-Learning satisfaction and performance. This research suggested structural equation model to analyze the hypothesized causalities. The research model was tested using SPSS 12.0 for Windows and AMOS 7.0 program on the 797 survey responses from "I" university students attending OCU classes. Questionnaire items adapted from prior studies were used to ensure the reliability and validity of the scales.<BR>  The statistical results supported for the hypothesized conceptual model. Perceived quality of instruction had strong direct effects on students" learning motivation, learning satisfaction and learning performance. Quality of instruction had both positive direct and indirect effects in students" learning performance measured by the degree of learning involvement and learning achievements. But learning motivation had only direct effects on learning performance and had no direct effects on students" learning satisfaction. Perceived learning satisfaction had positive direct effects on learning performance. Implications of these findings and pedagogical policy alternatives are discussed for researchers and practitioners.
