교사가 지각한 학교조직문화가 교사효능감 및 학교조직몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교사의 교사효능감과 학교조직몰입을 증진시키는 결정요인으로 학교조직문화의 영향을 파악하고 이의 개선방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경인지역의 초등학교 교사들을 대상으로 교사가 지각한 학교조직문화와 교사효능감 및 학교조직몰입 변인간의 상관관계를 분석하였고, 교사가 지각한 학교조직문화가 교사효능감 및 학교조직몰입 변인에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.<br/>
이 연구결과로 교사가 지각한 학교조직문화가 교사효능감과 학교조직몰입에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 교사효능감과 조직몰입을 증진하기 위해서는 학교조직의 개방을 통한 환경과의 적극적 교류와 학교 내 의사소통의 원활한 진행이 가장 중요한 요소였다. 즉 학교조직의 유연화와 개방화를 통해 학교교육의 성과와 질을 개선할 수 있음을 본 연구는 보여주었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to determine how school organizational culture perceived by teachers, their teacher efficacy and their organizational commitment were associated with one another in a bid to help improve their teacher efficacy and organizational commitment.<br/>
The subjects in this study were elementary school teachers in Gyeonggi province and Incheon. How school organizational culture perceived by them, their teacher efficacy and organizational commitment were correlated to one another was analyzed, and then how the first variable affected the other two was investigated.<br/>
The findings of the study illustrated that school organizational culture viewed by the teachers affected their teacher efficacy. The finding that innovative culture, group culture and rational culture exerted an influence on the judgment and behaviors of teachers in school situation would have a lot of implications for how to improve school performance. In addition, school organizational culture impacted on their organizational commitment, and innovative culture and group culture would make a contribution to reinforcing their organizational commitment.
