호텔기업에 있어 경력특성과 경력몰입의 관계에 있어 고용형태와 근무환경의 조절효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find the moderating effects of employment type and job type on relation between career characteristics and career commitment. The findings of the study were as follows : First, regarding the relation between career characteristics and career commitment. those who actively planned their own career moves or decisions, those who were satisfied with their selection or decision in life, those who had more career opportunity or potential development, those who had knowledge and ability to support their career life, those who had higher expected utility of present job, and those who had been given more opportunities to learn up-to-date knowledge & skills by the organization have shown a higher career commitment. Second, regarding the moderating effect of the employment type and job type on the relation between career characteristics and career commitment, the employment type has not moderated, but job type has the relation partially, with higher career commitment for irregular and operation than regular employees and management part.
