다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to validate the trust scale for teachers in Korea. To accomplish this purpose, this study discusses the extant major works on trust and defines the concept of trust and its factors. It also reviews commercially available tests on trust and undertakes the preliminary.
At the initial stage, 35 items for the preliminary test are drawn from the theoretical review and the major works on trust, trustworthiness, and trust inventories. Then, 98 subjects are sampled for the preliminary test. Test results are analyzed to develop the main test. After the item analysis and the exploratory factor analysis are undertaken, total items are reduced to 26 items and the reliability coefficients of the trust scale shows to be adequate(.91-.93).
The main test has been done for 457 teachers in the elementary and secondary schools. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis by SAS 8.0, trust scale comes to consists of 3 dimensions(trust on student and parents, trust on principal, trust on college) and 4 trustworthiness(openness, integrity, reliable, intimacy). The results of the confirmatory factor analysis by AMOS 4.0 demonstrate that the trust scale is a valid instrument(NFI, TLI, CFI>.96, RMSEA=.08).

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교사가 지각한 학교에서의 신뢰 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내외 신뢰와 신뢰척도에 관한 선행연구들과 신뢰와 신뢰성에 대한 개방형 설문조사 결과를 토대로 문항들을 제작하였다. 서울과 경기도에 거주하는 초, 중, 고교 교사 457명을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 최종척도에 대한 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 내적 합치도와 재검사 신뢰도를 산출하였고, 구인타당도 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 교사가 지각한 신뢰 척도는 학생과 학부모에 대한 신뢰, 교장에 대한 신뢰, 동료교사에 대한 신뢰의 3 가지 하위차원과 믿음, 성실성, 개방성, 친밀감의 신뢰성 요인으로 구성되는 것으로 나타났다. 최종척도는 총 26문항이며 5점 Likert 척도이다. AMOS 4.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구인타당도 검증을 실시한 결과, NFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA 등의 적합도 지수들이 양호하게 나타났으므로, 본 척도는 교사가 지각한 신뢰를 측정하는데 일반화 가능하고 타당한 도구라고 할 수 있다.
