사회적 자본의 지각이 지식활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 금융기관을 중심으로 = A Study on the Impact of Social Capital Perception on Knowledge Activities by Financial Institutions

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구는 금융기관 종업원들의 사회적 자본의 지각이 지식활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고, 종업원들의 사회적 자본의 향상방안을 논의함으로써 금융기관의 지식경영전략 개발에 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 8개 은행 194명의 직원을 대상으로 공분산구조분석으로 실증분석을 하였다.
  실증분석결과 사회적 자본의 차원 간 관계형태와 사회적 자본 지각이 지식활동에 미치는 영향은 다음과 같다. 네트워크 이용의 다중성은 비전공유와 신뢰에, 비전공유도 신뢰에, 신뢰는 지식공유에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지식공유도 지식획득활동에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
  연구결과 신뢰는 네트워크 이용의 다중성 및 비전공유와 지식공유 사이에서 매개변수의 역할을 하였다. 따라서 네트워크 이용의 다중성과 비전공유는 신뢰를 통하여 지식공유에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 본 연구에서 사회적 자본 변수들의 지식획득에 대한 직접적인 영향은 확인할 수 없었으나, 지식공유를 통한 간접적인 영향은 확인되었다.
  결론적으로 금융기관은 지식경영을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해 본점 부서와 지점 내의 조직구성원들 사이의 네트워크 이용의 다중성, 신뢰, 비전공유를 높이기 위해서 노력하여야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The purpose of this study identifies the relationships both among the structural, relational, and cognitive dimensions of social capital and between those dimensions and knowledge sharing and knowledge acquisition within financial institutions. Our research data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 194 employees in 8 companies in financial institutions.
  Structural equation model showed that network multiplexity had significant effect on trust, vision sharing, and vision sharing had significant effect on trust. And it was also found that trust had positive effect on knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing had positive effect on knowledge acquisition.
  Our analysis suggests that trust mediates the relationships between network multiplexity, vision sharing and knowledge sharing. Accordingly, network multiplexity, vision sharing have indirect effects on knowledge sharing through trust. And this paper shows that instead of direct relationship between social capital variables and knowledge acquisition, social capital variables have indirect effects on knowledge acquisition through knowledge sharing.
  These results suggest that korean financial institutions must endeavor to elevate network multiplexity, trust, vision sharing to effectively conduct knowledge management.
