교육서비스에 대한 시장기능 도입 타당성 검토 - 외국사례를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  In this study, I studied the appropriateness of introduction of voucher system and for profit-making corporation to the korean educational service sector by using the foreign countries" experiences. As a result, The voucher system can help to improve the educational quality by introducing the competition but the cost effectiveness of it is not clear and cause the educational inequality and it is possible to heart the public educational system. Also we cannot confirm that the expansion of school choice and the introducing of for profit-making school can increase the educational quality.
