구성주의적 접근을 통한 교사교육의 방향 = A New Teacher Education Paradigm Based on the Constructivist Approach

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기존의 교사교육이 변화되어야 한다는 필요성에 근거하여 최근에 대두되는 새로운 교사교육 패러다임에 대해 고찰해 보고, 이를 통해 교사교육 방향으로서 구성주의적 교사교육의 방향을 모색하려는데 그 목적이 있다. 교사교육의 방향에 관한 여러 선행연구들을 분석한 결과, 실천적 지식을 다루고 현장중심적이며 문제해결력과 네트워킹을 강조하는 교사교육이 새로운 교사교육 패러다임으로 제안되고 있다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 새로운 교사교육 패러다임에 부합하는 교사교육의 방법으로 교사의 주체적인 지식 구성활동을 강조하는 구성주의적 교사교육을 고찰하였으며, 구성주의적 교사교육 접근의 하나로 문제중심학습(PBL)의 적용을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 앞으로는 구성주의적 교사교육으로의 변화를 위한 실천 방안에 대한 연구 및 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the new paradigm of teacher education in the previous researches and to inquire the new direction for the teacher education with respect to the constructivist approach. This study investigated PBL through the analysis of possibilities as the new teacher education. According to the results of previous researches, the new paradigms of teacher education is focused on the practical knowledges, real education settings, problem solving skills, and networking. This study suggested the constructivist education approach in which is focused on the problem solving process of constructing the practical knowledge as the direction of the new teacher education paradigm. As the one of the constructivist methods in teacher education, Problem-Based Learning(PBL) is suggested.
