공급사슬에서 협력업체 선정기준 및 협력성공요인이 기업간 협력성과에 미치는 영향 - 전통기업과 인터넷기업간 수평적 협력을 중심으로 = The Effect of Partner Selection Criterion and CSFs on Performance in Supply Chain : Horizontal Collaboration between Traditional-Internet Firm

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  1990년대 이후 기업들은 비즈니스 프로세스를 재정립하여 비용을 절감하고, 새로운 사업기회를 창출하기 위해 인터넷을 포함한 정보기술을 중요한 사업수단으로 활용하고 있다. 기업간 협력분야에서 정보기술이 활용되고 있는 대표적인 예는 SCM, CRM, e-Marketplace, c-Commerce, e-Procurement 등을 꼽을 수 있다. 이러한 방법들은 전통기업과 인터넷기업의 협력을 가속화하는 계기가 되고 있다. 전통기업과 인터넷기업은 서로 경쟁하기도 하지만 여러 가지 형태로 서로 협력하고 있다.<BR>  본 연구에서는 전통기업과 인터넷기업의 협력과정에서 파트너 선정기준과 협력성 공요인이 협력성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 186개의 전통기업과 200개의 인터넷기업으로부터 회수한 설문조사결과를 활용하여 실증분석을 수행하였으며, 분석결과 파트너 선정기준과 협력성공요인은 협력성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 협력성과에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전통기업과 인터넷기업에서 약간 다르게 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  Since 1990s companies have reorganized business process for cutting down expense and have utilized information technology including Internet as an important method of business operation to find an innovative business model. There are some striking examples that information technologies are applying in the field of collaboration between two different firms: SCM, CRM, e-Marketplace, c-Commerce, e-Procurement. Such methods accelerate collaboration between traditional enterprise and internet enterprise. They cooperate each other in various fields even though they still compete.<BR>  This research will analyze that how much partner selection criterion and CSFs in collaboration between traditional and internet industry would effect on firm"s performance. For this purpose, we surveyed on this subject from the 186 traditional and 200 internet companies. As the results of analyzing, we can reveal a fact that partner selection criterion and CSFs affect on firm"s performance. But, factors that affect on collaboration performance are different between traditional and internet industry.
