평생학습사회의 학습체제 연구를 위한 생태체제적 개념모형탐색 = A ecosystemic approach to the understanding of learning society and its characteristics of the learning system

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구는 상징체계적 수준에서 논의되던 학습사회 논의를 이론적 구체화의 세계로 끌어내기 위한 몇 가지 이론적 개념을 구안한다. 첫째, 연구자는 학습사회의 학습체제(learning system)를 이해하는 한 가지 도구로서 "학습의 사회적 관리양식"이라는 개념을 제안한다. 학습의 사회적 관리양식이란 한 사회에서 학습이 생산되고 관리되고 교환가치를 획득하는 방식임과 동시에 한 사회의 학습체제가 가지는 특징을 규정하는 핵심개념이다. 학습사회란 인류가 구성해온 다양한 사회양식 가운데 한 가지 특징적인 사회양식이며, 학습의 사회적 관리양식은 그 특징적 사회양식을 보여주는 상징체계라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 현재까지의 학습사회 논의가 주로 포스트스쿨시스템(post-school system)에 대한 구조 및 확장된 평생학습 패턴에 천착하는 것으로부터 모종의 복잡계적 학습체제에 대한 이해로 그 연구의 방향을 전환할 필요가 있음을 지적하고, 복잡계로서의 학습사회의 학습체제를 이해하기 위한 세 단계 범주 개념을 제시하고 있는데, 각각 미시계로서의 학습행위, 중간계로서의 학습생활, 그리고 거시계로서의 학습생태계를 개념화한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This study discusses and pull out a few useful concepts that can be implemented to shed light on the nature of learning society that had been usually located in the discursive symbolism and normative idealism. From the recent European experience the researcher finds some clue of grand shift of societal change from school-based society to learning-based society. Several key features were scrutinized from the changes.<BR>  In this article, as a conceptual framework for understanding the key characteristics of the learning system of the learning society, the researcher proposes the cocept of "social management of learning(SMSL)", which takes a fingerprint-like uniqueness of the given society. The researcher also creates several key criteria useful for elucidate the structure of learning system. Learning Activity was proposed for a unit of microsystem, learning life for mesosystem, and learning ecosystem for macrosystem of learning society.
