미의식과 미적 체험에 관한 담론 연구 = Research for the Discourse of Aesthetics and Aesthetic Experience

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  미술문화는 고정된 실체가 아니라 유입된 다른 문화에 의해 상호 교감하면서 수정되거나 수용하면서 변화한다. 미의식과 미적 체험은 미술문화에 내재된 무형적ㆍ유형적인 것들에 의해 형성된다. 오늘날 미술계는 시대에 따른 새로운 미의식과 표현방법, 매체의 다양성과 원리 등이 도입되고 수용되면서 새로운 변화를 모색해 가고 창출해 간다. 미술문화와 미술품에 대한 미적 체험은 미적 대상을 지각되고 인지하는 것들과 관계가 깊으며 예술적 가치와 기준 등을 결정짓는 중요한 요인이 된다. 또한 미술과 수업에서 미적 체험 활동을 매개로 하여 다양한 미술문화를 인지하고 인식하는 것은 체험을 통해 세계를 인식하고 이해하는 앎의 한 방식이며 텍스트를 읽을 수 있는 능력을 길러주는 인식의 한 방법이다. 이 연구에서는 미의식과 미적 체험을 현대 미학자들의 이론을 중심으로 전개하면서 미술과 수업에서의 학습자의 인지활동과 관련시켜 살펴보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  Art culture is not a fixed substance. It is revised, modified, diversified by culture through constant mutual interaction. Aesthetics and aesthetic experience are formed by tangible or intangible things inherent in art culture. Aesthetics inherited in art culture is developed and expanded by the aesthetician who is able to read social cultural phenomenon keenly and deeply. Today’s art world flows with the new waves or new concepts continuously exploring new aesthetics, techniques and various materials. Aesthetic experiences for art culture and art works refer to one’s own perception and cognition of art objects. Aesthetic experience is an important factor to feel and perceive the artistic value and criteria of art works.<BR>  For this study, I examined two things: first of all, I dealt with the contemporary aesthetics of Greenburg, Hussel, Meleau-Ponty, Derrida, Lacan and Baudrillard and how their theory influenced in modernism and postmodernism. Second, I discussed the relationship between aesthetic experience and aesthetic object bearing and school curriculum. I also examined how aesthetic experience affects students’ cognitive development and imagination.<BR>  In conclusion, I affirmed that in order to improve students’ aesthetic experience, artistic knowledge, artistic perception and artistic sensitivity, students need more dynamic ways to explore visual culture and art works within their own lives. They need to broadly practice and be able to deeply read the signs, meanings, symbols, social-cultural contexts of art works. Enforcement of students’ aesthetic experience ultimately improves students’ ability to see, read and think about visual culture and art works more logically and sensitively which, nevertheless, enrich their lives to become more valuable and freer.
