종합적인 학교상담 체제 구안에 관한 연구 = The Study on Construction of A Comprehensive School Counseling System

Recently, The importance and need of school counseling has been increased. Especially, school counseling as a part of education must be focused on preventing rather than solving problems. Considering students' developmental stages, it also has to include comprehensive areas, has systematic frameworks with distinct intent and objective, not with unscheduled program or unplanned counseling. To satisfy that, school counseling curriculum has to be constructed in school counseling activity. To do so, at first, this study provides the concept and model of school counseling, and then presents suggestions which make comprehensive school counseling system to be adapted to Korean schools effectively.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

근래 들어 학교상담의 중요성은 매우 부각되고 있으며 그 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 특히 교육의 일환인 학교상담은 문제해결 보다는 예방에 중점을 두어야 하며 학생들의 발달단계를 고려하여 이루어져야 한다. 또한 단편적인 영역에 치중하기보다는 다양한 영역을 아우를 수 있어야 하며 일회성의 프로그램이나 무계획적인 상담활동이기 보다는 분명 한 의도와 목표가 있어야 하며 체계적인 틀을 갖추어 이루어져야 하며 이와 같은 측면을 충족시키기 위해서는 반드 시 종합적인 학교상담 체제를 마련해야 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 학교상담의 실태와 문제점을 제시 하고 이에 대한 대안으로 학교상담의 개념과 모형을 고찰하며 이러한 모형들이 한국의 현실에 잘 적용되어 학교상담 이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 제시하였다.
