민주시민의식 형성을 위한 청소년 교육이념 및 정향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Educational Ideas and Orientation of Adolescent for Building Democratic Citizenship : focused on the Level of Citizenship and Dominated System

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년의 시민의식 함양에 관한 이념과 정향을 제도적 수준과 사회적 수준으로 분류하여 논의하였다.
논의의 결과, 청소년이 필요로 하는 민주시민교육은 연구에 따라 미미한 정도의 차이를 보이고 있다. 민주시민 교육은 인간의 존엄성과 공공질서와 의사결정 능력 그리고 민주주의 가치실현으로 나타나고 있다. 청소년을 위한 시민 교육의 함양은 어떻게 이루어져야 하는가에 대한 논의는 수준별 영역에서 차이를 보이고 있다.
가정은 윤리의식의 중요성을 많이 강조해 왔다. 교육기관은 민주의식에 대한 교육과 지도가 계획적으로 추진되어 왔다. 시민사회는 참여의식에 대한 중요성을 인식하는 정도이다. 공공기관은 시민의식을 고취하기 위한 재정적 지원과 교육 프로그램을 개발로 지원하여 왔다.
결론적으로 청소년의 시민교육은 가정에서 이루어지고 교육기관에 연장하여 제도화 되어왔다. 나아가 사회활동의 준거가 시민사회의 청소년 교육은 시민의식의 이념과 가치에 관한 교육체계는 미비한 수준이고 체계적 지원이 저조한 수준이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to research the citizenship's cultivation of adolescent which was divided educational ideas and orientation into social level and institutional's.
As a result, the civic education of democracy which adolescent needed to is showed a little difference according to a matter of researches. The education of democratic citizen generally come out a dignity of human and the capability of rational decision making and the public order and realization value in the democracy. The cultivation of civic education for adolescent have studied how to accomplish researches which divided in to the domination of each other levels.
Home environment have put the emphasis which is a lot of importance of ethics consciousness. Educational institution has leaded to a project in which education and leading being on the democratic consciousness. It is a degree that Non governmental organization(NGO) guided to cognition about consciousness of participation. Public institution has researched financial support and development of educational program for accomplishment of citizenship consciousness.
In conclusion, the civic education for adolescent has accomplished the system from home to educational institution. And Adolescent' education of NGO not only which referred to social activities did not prepared the system of education for ideas and values of citizenship, but which was not sufficiency on systematic support.
