연쇄성범죄자의 심리분석에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Psychological Analysis of Serial Sex Offenders

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  최근에 연쇄성범죄 사건이 많이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 연쇄성범죄자들에 대해서 사례를 중심으로 하여 심리적인 특성들을 분석해 보고자 하는 것이 이 논문의 목적이다.<BR>  서울 서북부 지역을 무대로 1년여 동안 13명의 여성에 대해 연쇄적으로 성범죄를 저지른 마포 연쇄성범죄자, 전도사의 신분으로 8개월 동안 20여건의 성범죄를 행한 전도사 연쇄성범죄자, 1년여 동안 4명의 초등학생과 1명의 중1 여학생에 대해서 성범죄를 저지른 인천 연쇄성범죄자, 8년여 동안 전국을 돌며 82명의 여성들에 대해서 성범죄를 저지른 대전의 연쇄성범죄자, 그리고 부산에서 1개월 동안 11명의 여성들에게 취업을 미끼로 마취제를 이용하여 성범죄를 저지른 연쇄성범죄자에 대해서 각각의 사례를 분석하였다.<BR>  이들의 특성은 ‘사이코패스’적인 특성을 지니고 있으며, 불특정인 대상으로 범행을 하고, 범행이 진행되면서 범행의 장소와 대상이 확대되고 범행의 수법이 교묘하게 진화한다. 또한 성범죄는 중독성이 강하게 작용할 수 있으며, 연쇄성범죄자들은 범행 전에 치밀하게 범행을 계획하는 경향을 보여준다. 그리고 연쇄성범죄자에게 있어서 성행위는 목적이 되기도 하고, 강취를 위한 수단이 되기도 한다.<BR>  연쇄성범죄자들에 대한 심리분석을 위해서는 다양한 방법들이 사용될 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  Nowadays serial sex crimes occur very frequently. The purpose of this paper is to analyse of serial sex offenders psychologically.<BR>  The cases are five case of the below.<BR>  Mapo"s serial sex offender, who committed a sexual offense 13 women in the area North-west of Seoul for a year. The clergyman, who attacked 20 women serially a period of eight months. Incheon"s serial sex offender, who committed sex crime 4 elementary school student and 1 middle school 1st grade student for a year. Daejeon"s serial sex offender, who assaulted sexual offense 82 women in nationwide for eight years. Pusan"s serial sex offender, who committed sex crime 11 women tempted getting employment as a lure and using a narcotic for a month.<BR>  The serial sex offenders have psychopathic characters, it"s apt to commit again sex crime.<BR>  The serial sex offenders set a target to non-identificational majority, so nobody knows whoever may be victims.<BR>  In accordance with repetition of sex crime, crime method and modus operandi will have developed.<BR>  The sex crime can hold a toxication very strongly. The toxication of sex crime may spring up by one time sex offense.<BR>  The serial sex offenders have specific character to make a plan before a criminal act practice.<BR>  It is necessary to analyse psychologically in a variety way to serial sex offenders.
