유아교육교사와 보육교사의 직무만족 비교연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교육 및 보육교사의 직무관련 6개영역(동료교사, 근무환경, 보수, 직무자체, 행정제도, 원장과의 관제)에 대해 교사들이 인식하고 있는 만족정도를 비교 분석한 조사연구이다. 조사대상은 서울과 수도권(경기도)의 유치원·어린이집 교사들이고 측정도구는 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료의 척도는 만족의 정도를 6단계(6,5,4,3,2,1)로 구분하고 자료의 분석은 SPSS/PC 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 변량분석(ANOVA)과 사후검증을 실시하였다. 조사결과 직무관련영역 전체의 만족 정도가 유아교육(유치원) 교사는 3.42, 유아보육(어린이집) 교사는 3.17을 나타냄으로서 '조금 만족'의 수준을 나타냈다. 직무 관련영역의 각 영역별 만족도는 1.92(유치원교사 : 행정제도 영역)에서 4.77(유치원교사 : 동료교사 영역)의 수준을 나타냈다. 이밖에도 유아교육 및 보육교사의 직무 관련영역에 대한 여러 가지 의미 있는 연구결과가 도출되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the level on job satisfaction of teachers who were served in kindergarten and care facility. for attaining the purpose. six research questions were posed covering the satisfaction level at job relation scope.<br/>
In order to see the level of job satisfaction, questionnaire survey was conducted over six job areas(companions. working condition. pay. job self, administrative system, relationship with principal) of early childhood education and care teacher.<br/>
To address the research Questions. the theoretical background and the definition of job satisfaction was built. by which this study was unfolded.<br/>
The objects in this survey were 435 selected teachers who were serving in early childhood education and care facility at Seoul and Kyunggi province. In Seou, the Questionnaire survey was conducted by professor and supporters, and in another regions, that was made by supporters. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/PC program. ANOVA and posttests were carried out.<br/>
The brief findings of the study on the satisfaction level at the job relation scope of early childhood education and care teachers were as below:<br/>
The satisfaction level(3.42 : 3.17) of the early childhood education teachers and care teachers investigated at the overall areas of the job relation scope was a little satisfied. Every group's satisfaction level ranged from 2.83 to 4.29. The area they expressed most satisfied was companion area(4.77). which was satisfied. the administrative system appeared to be very dissatisfied(1.92). this level was the least satisfied.
