      This study was performed to identify the present problems of vocational education or training at our special schools for the students with developmental disabilities from the perspective of adult vocational rehabilitation based upon literature review and to find the ways of improvement, cooperation and liaison with adult vocational rehabilitation systems in order to solve those problems.
      The problems of vocational education or training were pointed out in terms of job categories, methods, contents, starting time, facilities or equipments, professionals, and specialty classes for the students with developmental disabilities. And 7 suggestions were presented to maximize the outcome of vocational education or training efforts conducted at the special schools for the students with developmental disabilities. In some of them, the importance and necessity of their cooperation, role sharing and liaison with adult vocational rehabilitation systems was emphasized.
