웹기반 가상학습의 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인 = actors Influencing the Effectiveness of the Web-based Virtual Learning

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, we examined motivation theory, individual differences, and psychological factors that are important research issues in educational engineering and educational psychology area. Then, technical factors and environmental factors influencing the effectiveness of the virtual learning system were evaluated for our research model.
Two hundred eighty subjects participated in the survey. The results of the study were that (1) individual differences which include sex, motivation, experience, and ability had significant influences on the effectiveness of the virtual learning system, (2) technical factors which include the ease of use and interaction had an important role in the learning process of web-based system, (3) psychological factors which include learning climate and anxiety influenced the effectiveness of the system, and (4) environmental factors which include physical environment had important influences on the performance of the virtual learning system.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 기존의 선행연구들에서 간과되고 있는 교육공학 및 교육심리학에서 중요하게 다루어지는 개인차, 동기이론 및 심리적 요인들을 먼저 고찰하고, 가상학습 시스템의 효과에 영향을 미치는 기술적 요인 및 환경적 요인들도 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 웹기반 가상학습의 효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 분석하여 효과적인 가상학습 시스템의 설계와 구축 및 운영을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 웹기반 가상학습에 경험이 있는 학생들과 일반인들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석한 결과, 개인차 요인인 성별, 가상학습에 대한 동기수준, 가상학습에 대한 이전의 경험, 인터넷 및 컴퓨터 활용능력이 가상학습의 효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 기술적 요인으로는 사용의 용이성과 상호작용 요인이 가상학습의 효과에 영향을 미치며, 심리적 요인으로는 학습 분위기와 두려움이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 환경적 요인으로는 물리적 환경이 가상학습의 효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
