여대생 절주 캠페인 전략 수립을 위한 음주행동 영향 요인 분석 = An Approach on Drinking Reduction Campaign Strategic Establishment of Korean Women`s College Students: An Application of the Theory of Planned Behavior

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 계획된 행동이론을 적용하여 우리나라 여대생들의 음주행동을 복합적으로 이해하고 예측하는 데 있었다. 이를 위해 선행 연구에서 음주행동을 잘 설명하는 요인으로 나타난 음주동기, 스트레스, 대처방식, 결과기대, 사회적 지지 등을 추출하였으며, 이들 요인이 음주태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제 등을 경유하여 음주행동에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는지 파악해 보았다. 서울 및 수도권 소재 대학에 재학중인 269명의 여대생을 대상으로 조사한 결과 계획된 행동이론에 포함된 변수 중 주관적 규범과 지각된 행동통제는 음주의향이나 음주행동에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 사회심리적 요인 중에서는 음주에 따른 결과기대가 음주행동에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 음주동기는 음주에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제 등과 관련성이 있었으나, 스트레스나 대처방식 등 스트레스 상황과 이를 극복하기 위해 음주행동을 하게 된다는 사실은 입증되지 않았다. 연구결과를 종합해 보면 우리나라 여대생들의 음주행동을 예측하는 데 유의한 변수는 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 음주동기가 주로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이 같은 연구결과가 시사하는 바는 여대생들의 음주행동은 또래 집단과의 관계성 속에서 이루어진다는 사실이다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라 여대생들의 음주행동을 둘러싼 공공 캠페인이나 커뮤니케이션 방향은 주관적 규범을 통제할 수 있게끔 전개되어야 한다는 이론적, 실무적 함의를 이끌어낼 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this present study is to explore whether some factors have influence o the drinking behaviors of korean women`s college students based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB). For this purpose, depending on previous studies, some socio-psychological determinants have been derived to represent this study. Key socio-psychological variables were perceived stress, social support, drinking motives, cognitive outcome expectancy and self-efficacy. This study is conducted to investigate whether these psychological variables would affect drinking behaviors through drink attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control. The participants of this study were 269 college women students. Hierarchial multiple regression analyses indicated that subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were significant variables on drinking behaviors. The structural equation modeling on key constructs constituting TPB and psychological factors showed that indirect path from drinking motives to drinking behaviors is significant. This result showed that TPB was useful model to understand and explain drinking behaviors of women`s college students. Moreover this results indicated that drinking behaviors was accompanied within relationship of peer groups, and evaluative beliefs which was formed under these relationships influence drinking behaviors. Also this study find public campaign understanding drinking behaviors of women`s college students or communication direction have to be developed to control subjective norm, which is social relationships with there peer groups.
