농촌관광사업에서 마을주민들이 인식하는 갈등의 원인 및 영향에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study set out to investigate the causes of conflicts that could destroy a rural village taking place in the process of doing rural tourism business. The conflicts were categorized into group conflicts and individual conflicts; the former was then subdivided into those between the leaders and villagers and participating group and non-participating group. An empirical analysis was conducted to examine the causes of conflicts and their affecting factors between the groups.
The empirical study can find its significance in that it specified the causes of conflicts taking place in the process of rural tourism business and examined the differences on the causes between the groups.
