고학력 여성의 경제활동 참여 현황과 직무만족 및 경력개발요구에 대한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

여성들의 고등교육기회의 확대로 앞으로도 고학력 여성이 증가할 것으로 전망되며 배출된 고학력 여성들은 개인과 지역사회의 발전, 국가경쟁력 제고에 이르기까지 지역의 주요한 자원으로 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다. 여성의 사회참여에 대한 결정과 경력개발은 평생 동안의 과업이며 지속적인 학습과 계획을 수반하는 활동이다. 자신에 대한 이해와 존중, 통합적인 삶의 계획, 지역사회와 기관에 대한 이해를 훈련을 통하여 향상시킬 수 있도록 개인적인 능력의 획득과 더불어 이들의 경력을 개발할 수 있도록 지원하는 사회적 경력개발지원체제가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 고학력 직업여성이 체계적인 경력개발을 통해 지속적인 능력개발과 사회활동을 수행할 수 있도록 여성경력개발 지원방안을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산지역을 중심으로 첫째, 여성의 고학력화 및 고학력 직업여성의 경제활동 참여 현황을 조사하고, 둘째, 고학력 직업여성들의 경력개발에 대한 요구를 조사 분석함으로써 고부가 인적자원인 여성의 경제활동을 활성화하기 위한 경력개발 방안들을 마련하는 데 기여하고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The trend is that high degreed women will increase continuously and they are expected to have great roles as human resources of community development and national competition. Making career decision and developing career is a life-long task and needs persistent planning and learning. Women are inclined to restricted to the priviate domain and have difficulty to enter public domain. So social assistant system is necessary for women to help developing their careers. The purpose of the article is to investigate the actual condition and needs of women on career development and to explore effects of social assistance on job satisfaction. 204 high degreed or professional women were surveyed. And the result of the survey are as follows: They perceived that they didn't receive enough career guidance and need specialized career guidance for women. They have high satisfaction about their job and low satisfaction about child caring assistance. They usually depend on assistance from family but institutional career assistance has more impacts on job satisfaction. They perceive that mutual assistance of women and one-stop career development assistance system is necessary.
