    The Law of Architecture was established for development of building’s security, function and beauty through the legislation of building’s size, frame, and of the standard for installation, and of the Building Use. And because Architect Laws should be applied according to the building’s use and size. Building Use Classification Systems are very important for the application of Architect Law. However, present Building Use Classification System was regulated not only in Architect Law but also in Individual Law. It has brought into confusions to apply those laws. So this study will research on the Builing Use Classification in Individual Law. On the basis of this research, It will bring the differences between the Classification system between Architect Law and the Individual Law.
