비서용 실천지능검사의 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구 = An Exploratory Study on Developing Practical Intelligence Test for Secretaries

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 비서의 실천지능을 측정할 수 있는 검사를 개발하기 위한 과정의 일환으로서, 실천지능의 관점에서 비서의 능력을 이론적으로 고찰하고 비서용 실천지능검사의 개발 방향을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 최근 심리학이나 교육학 분야에서 등장하고 있는 새로운지능의 개념으로서 실천지능이란 무엇이고 경험 및 암묵지와는 어떠한 연관이 있는지 살펴보고, 아울러 실천지능을 평가하기 위한 국내·외의 실천지능 검사들을 종합적으로 검토하였다. 이를 토대로 비서의 실천지능을 개념화하고, 비서용 실천지능검사의 개발 방향을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The concept of practical intelligence has been discussed in the field of psychology and education. This study tried to explore the concept of practical intelligence, and attempted to relate job performance abilities of secretaries to it and to explore the directions of a measure of practical intelligence for secretaries. To fulfill the research purpose, the concepts and major characteristics of practical intelligence were critically reviewed. Up-to-date approaches on measuring and assessing practical intelligence were examined, and examples of practical intelligence tests were suggested. Also, the concept of practical intelligence for secretaries was conceptually defined, and directions for developing practical intelligence test for secretaries were also proposed.
